Lieutenant Michael F. O'Conner of the State Fire Marshal's office yesterday questioned Claverly residents about the two recent blazes, but at the end of the day he reported "nothing new."
"We're checking several leads," O'Conner revealed last night, "but we have nothing for publication yet. We're hoping for a break soon," he added.
O'Conner is working with Detective Captain Patrick F. Ready of the Cambridge Police Department and Lieutenant Patrick F. Crowley of the Fire Marshal's office. Neither of his associates would elaborate on his statements.
