N.S.A. Conference Will Talk Over Point Four

The National Students Association is sponsoring a conference here this weekend on the need for a technical assistance program for underveloped areas--"Point Four." Over 300 delegates from New England Area colleges are expected.

Edward S. Mason, Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration, Edwin O. Reischauer, professor of Far Eastern Languages, as well as experts from the United Nations, the State and Agriculture Departments, and the Indonesian embassy will participate in the conference.
