Radcliffe Pulls Down Shades To Discourage Peeping Toms

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Signs went up in several Radcliffe dorms this weekend stating that "Prowlers, Peeping Toms, etc. should not be encouraged by leaving shades up." The directives came from house mothers and night watchmen of Saville House, Briggs Hall, and Bertram.

Saville has been the victim of unknown tappings on windows late at night, while the night watchman at Briggs complained that two girls were continually leaving their shades raised.

Cabot Hall girls denied any knowledge of the situation, pointing out that luckily their dorm has not bottom floor rooms and hence allows little opportunity for peepers to peep.
