The Student Council will meet tonight with undergraduate organizations interested in establishing a fellowships plan in theatre arts. This plan would resemble Nieman fellowships for journalists.
The question of continued support of three Seminars abroad and an International Student Information Center will also be debated. The Council accepted a mandate from the National Student Association to aid all four, but, at present, several Council members question the value of the existing set-up between the Council and the N.S.A.
Electoral procedure for the permanent class committee, an issue which brought about charges of "bungling" last year, is also on the agenda.
