Yardling Skaters Go to St. Paul's

The freshman hockey team is favored to win over St. Paul's today when it meets the school team on its outdoor rink in Concord at 3 p.m.

Coaches Dick Mechem and Cal Chapin will probably have their men use the standard St. Paul's technique of taking every possible long shot and following in the rebounds. All St. Paul's plays are geared to be used within the attack zone, so Crimson defensemen Tony Patton and Jeff Coolidge will be kept busy.

Comparative scores give the visitors a slight edge. St. Paul's defeated Exeter, 3 to 1, while the freshmen tripped the Red, 4 to 2. Andover succumbed to St. Paul's, 2 to 0, and to the Crimson, 7 to 0.
