"Let me alone," cried a girl as she arrived at Memorial Hall to inaugurate the fall blood drive. But they didn't. All in all they pulled in more than 87 fifths of blood and the 427 contributors were treated to refreshments before and after their contributions.
Drive chairman Phillip D. Levin '53 beseeched contributors not to break their appointments: "With almost 50 gorgeous nurses in attendance, we ask everyone to give. It doesn't hurt at all."
