Cass Hurt, While Team Drills on Muddy Field

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Coach Lyold Jordan sent his entire offensive squad through a workout on a slippery field yesterday. Jordan have all his backfield a chance against the freshman defense, with Dick Clashy Johny Tulenke, Tom Ossman, and Gil O'Neil running in first string positions.

Defensive and Don Cass was hurt during the serimmage and taken to the sidelines. Jordan would not reveal the extent of Cass' injuries or who would replace him if he were unable to play Saturday.

Harvey Popell, defensive end, who was injured in the right eye at Monday's practice, was not expected to see action against Princeton.
