Archibald Cox '34, professor of Law, will argue a criminal case in the Supreme Court on November 5 as counsel for three men who have served six years in the Pennsylvania State Penitentiary.

In his defense, Cox will argue that the three men did not have counsel when they were sentenced.

At the Law School, Cox teaches courses in labor law and administrative law.
