Denied Winter Campus Housing, International Students Scramble to Find Alternative Options
Columbia students have discovered as easy way to increase the University's scholarship fund: they win radio giveaways. Senior Harold E. Emerson led off the campaign last Wednesday by picking up $2,155 on N.B.C.'s "Break the Bank."
