Chances for a revision of the membership clauses of the Student Council constitution died last night when the Council failed to round up a quorum to discuss the issue. Constitutional revision was originally scheduled for the Tuesday night meeting but was postponed because it was crowded out by other business.
Since constitutional amendments must be voted on by the student body after two weeks of consideration, but before exam period, the Council's failure to get the issue through means it will have to wait for the action of the newly elected council next fall.
