Five hundred members of the American Alumni Council will attend the group's annual meeting at the Business School from July 9 to July 15, Peter E. Pratt '40, secretary of the Harvard Alumni Association, announced last night.

The organization, composed of alumni workers from 300 member colleges, will attend courses and seminars on the problems of their posts during the meeting.

Alumni secretaries, fund raisers, and magazine editors will be the three main categories of workers represented at the sessions. Pratt, David McCord '21, executive secretary of the Harvard Fund Council, and William Bentinek-Smith '37, editor of the Harvard Alumni Bulletin, will represent the University at the sessions.
