Jim Ross pitched Leverett's softball team to a 7 to 4 victory over John Rockwell and the Lowell team on the Soldiers Field diamond yesterday.

Leverett could pick up only three hits off Rockwell, but two of these were a homer by Lowell Sachnoff and a triple by Gerry Gallo good for a total of six runs.
