Ralph Lowell '12 will be Massachusetts chairman in the $1,300,000 campaign for the Harvard Foundation for Advanced Study and Research, Donald H. McLaughlin, national chairman for the Foundation, announced today.

Established by the University a year ago, the Foundation combines the interests of the Graduate Schools of Arts and Sciences, Design, Education, and Public Administration. Its immediate objective is to get $1,000,000 for a Graduate Student Center.
