The 1949 Class Album, last of its kind, will be mailed out to its subscribers about January 15, barring any complications.
Anthony J. Sabelli '49, editor-in-chief of the Album, said yesterday that a little more than half of the 1,300 members of the class have signed up to get copies of the book.
George J. Feeney '50, president of the Class of 1950's "314" yearbook, was commissioned last summer by Dean Bender to complete publication of the 1949 book after many complaints over delays in flushing the Album.
The 1954 Register, photographic directory of the entering class, will appear next week, Harvard Yearbook Publications announced last night. Besides the regular biographical section, the Register will contain a long section on coming events which replaces the usual discussion of freshman life.
