Job Office Plans Regional Advice

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A program of regional counseling for graduating job-hunters has been initiated by the Placement Office.

The new service, which supplements the Office's other activities in procuring jobs for College seniors, will enable Harvard men to contact leading professional and business men in their home towns for advice and information about employment situations in their chosen fields.

At present the Placement Office lists alumni "counsellors" in 14 states and Puerto Rice. By next year, the Office hopes to have a list of advisors covering all the main areas of the country. Names, addresses, and introductions may be obtained from the Weld Hall Office.
