Kirkland went through the formality of winning the Straus Trophy yesterday by capturing the House track championship, House standings for the track meet are Kirkland 57 1/2, Adams 22, Leverett 21, Dunster 20, Winthrop 19 1/2, Eliot 16, Dudley 11, and Lowell 8.
