'52 Tennis Team Loses

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Corey Wynn's freshman tennis team was rudely upset Saturday as Exeter walloped the Yardling players, 9 to 0.

None of the nine matches were runaways for the Red and Gray, except for the unusually slippery Exeter courts, the freshmen might easily have made the contest closer.

Losers in singles were Don Blackmer, Dave Aldrich, Gerry Murphy, Roger Blackmer, Charlie Thompson, and Strotch Faircloth. Of these only Blackmer carried his match to three sets.
