New Plane Can Land In A Tennis Court

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

An airplane that can land and take off in a tennis court has been designed by Lynn L. Bollinger, associate professor of Business Administration, it was announced yesterday.

The plane, which has been successfully tested, can also cruise as low as 27 miles an hour and makes less noise than an automobile. It looks like a conventional craft in every respect but the wings, which have slots in front and a big flap in back.
