The freshman lacrosse team had itself a good time yesterday as it whipped the Tufts '52 squad, 14 to 2, on the Business School field.
Coach Dick Merryman experimented liberally against the inexperience Tufts squad, putting every man into the game and trying a couple of men at positions they do not ordinarily play.
After obtaining a safe lead, the players concentrated on lacrosse fine points.
High scorer for the game was again crease player Ned Yost, with three points. Pete Brooke and Pete Flemming each scored two, and Al Sawyer, Ripper Lynch, Lou Schaffer, Dunc McCallum, Bob Harding, Bob Baldwin, and Ned Maroni each tallied once.
