A $150 grant from the Radcliffe Student Council and $50 from the Harvard Liberal Union put the Annex freshmen within $200 of their $1500 May 1 goal in their drive to bring a DP student to Cambridge next year.

The Council and the HLU promised $100 and $50 more respectively should the 'Cliffe freshmen fall short of their quota. The freshmen hope that a dance with Harvard tomorrow evening in the Annex gymnasium will provide the remaining amount.

In addition to the Council and HLU donations, funds were secured from the class treasury, the '52 weekend last March, a sacrifice dinner in the Annex dormitories, Hillel, and Mrs. William W. Flint, house mother of Eliot Hall.

Cherry Merrit, Nina Ratzersdorfer, and Elizabeth Trygstad comprise the '52 DP Committee which ran the drive and are handling affairs pertaining to bringing the displaced student to this country.
