Bruce C. Hopper, associate professor of Government, will give the third United Nations Council lecture on "The Atlantic Community--A Going Concern?" at 8 p.m. tonight in Littauer.

Professor Hopper will discuss the military aspects of the question. Last Friday, Lincoln Gordon, professor of Government and Administration at the Business School, dealt with the possibilities and probabilities of federalism for western Europe.
