Jane Rainie '50 of Winchester, Joan Bresnahan '51 of Arlington, and Phobe Crampton '52 of Cohasset and Cabot Hall will head their respective classes in 1949-50, Student Government President Joan Braverman '50 announced last night.

Next year's seniors also elected Anne Rodriguez of Brookline, vice-president; Susan Eastabrooks of Evanston, Illinois, and 55 Garden Street, Secretary; and Patricia Hartford of Martinsville, Virginia, and 55 Garden Street, treasurer. Carol Fraser of Arlington and Deirdre O'Brien of Cambridge will represent the Class of 1950 on the Student Council.

The '51 executive board will include Baila Cohen of Brookline, vice-president; Marilyn Welch of Newtonville, secretary; and Alfreda Cuik of Belmont and Ipswich, treasurer. Class representatives will be Mary Brandt of Albany. New York, and II Liunacan Street, and Sheila Brown of Belmont.

Caria Friedman or New Rochelle, New York, and Harvard Hall, was chosen vice-president of the Class of 1953. Faith Gowen of Dobba Ferry, New York and Barnard Hall, will be secretary; Judith Robison of New York City and Barnard Hall; treasurer; Rachel Mellinger of Springfield, Ohio, and Cabot Hall and Cannaught O'Connell of Jamaica Plain, Class representatives.

The freshmen also elected Cherry Merritt of Excelster. Minnesota, and Bernard Hall: Nina Ratzersdorfer of New York City and Whitman Hall; and Elisabeth Trygstad of Central Islip, New York, and Briggs Hall, to a committee to take care of the student Displaced Person the class will adopt next year.
