'Chief' Boston Named New Hampshire Coach

Clarence E. (Chief) Boston, jayvee football and varsity wrestling coach here last year, was named head football coach at the University of New Hamp-Tuesday.

Boston, now backfield coach at West Point, replaces J. William (Biff) Glassford, who resigned to become head football coach at the University of Nebraska.

At one point last year, Boston was boomed by his players as a possible successor to Dick Harlow.
