Dr. Leland S. McKittrick charged yesterday that compulsory national health insurance would place the emphasis on quantity, not on quality, of medical service and would require the federal treasury to become a bottomless pit.

Dr. McKittrick spoke at a meeting of the Boston Women's Club in answer to a previous address by Oscar Ewing.
