Radcliffe's Student Council notified Annex AYD President Nikki Ragozin '51 yesterday that she must hand in a full roster of club member before this weekend. Should the AYD refuse the list, the club's charter will be revoked by the Council.
The Council's latest recommendation that clubs submit annual rosters won Dean's Office approval this week.
In a letter to Miss Ragozin, Student Government President Joan Projansky '49 stated that both the Dean's Office and Council now back the recommendation which requires 1.) that every political club annually turn in a complete membership list, and 2.) that only the executive officers of political clubs have their affiliations recorded on the permanent Deans' Office files.
According to the Council's new recommendation, club membership lists will be destroyed every June, as they always have been, and no non-executive member of an Annex political club will have her membership recorded permanently.
