Princeton's powerful cross-country team overran both Yale and Harvard yesterday afternoon at Franklin Park, Brookline, beating the Crimson, 11 to 41, and taking Yale, 22 to 33.
Yale, however, was strong enough to come back and hand Jaakko Mikkola's squad its fifth straight defeat by the score of 20 to 39.
The freshmen, although bowing to the Orange and Black, 19 to 37, succeeded in tripping Yale, 24 to 33. Princeton best the visitors from New Haven, 17 to 40.
