Except for a serious lack of courage in Washington, this nation could have a stable economy, according to Seymour E. Harris '20, professor of Economics.

Speaking at a meeting of the Cambridge chapter of Americans for Democratic Action, Harris told an audience of 35 that liberals should support the E.R.P.

Herman M. Somers, lecturer on Government, also spoke on the panel, and expressed his opinion that enormous pragmatic difficulties made a third party unfeasible at this time.
