Another political war-cry echoed through the Yard last night with the announcement of the formation of the Harvard Liberals for Taft.
Charles W. Chatfield '48, who will assume chairmanship of the new organization, stated that its purpose "is to present the forthright facts on Senator Taft so that there is a fair basis for judgment."
A series of pamphlets, Chatfield added, will be distributed over the next two weeks in order to acquaint the University community with the great liberal achievements of Senator Taft.
