Plenty of red, white, and blue fire-works will burst at tonight's Law School Forum on the subject "Which Party in 1948?", meeting officials predicted last night. Opening blasts will be at 7:45 o'clock at Rindge Tech, and admission is 50 cents.
Speaking for the Democrats will be Congressman Aime Forand of Rhode Island and Miss Catherine Falvey of the Democratic National Committee; for the Republicans, Senator Owen ("Hughes") Brewster of Maine and Senator James Kem of Missouri; and for the "Third Party," Congressman Leo Isacson (above) of New York.
Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr. '88, associate professor of History, also will speak.
Isacson recently overthrew Boss Flynn's machine to win a special Congressional election in the Bronx.
