Stassen Group Learns 'Prospects Promising'

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Students for Stassen, along with their Radcliffe and Wellesley guests, got the inside story on their candidate's prospects last night from Jack Higgons and Robert J. Rosthal of the nation-wide Citizens for Stassen. Over 60 people attended the meeting, which was held in Winthrop Junior Common Room.

Both speakers expressed considerable optimism over Stassen's chances to capture the presidency, but devoted most of their time to criticizing Taft--"confused reactionary"; Wallace--"confused liberal"; and Truman--"just confused."

Rosthal said that Stassen is without a doubt "the people's choice."
