Fifteen local student governments will send delegates to the organizational meeting of something new in the way of college federations today at Northeastern University.

An estimated 90 representatives, including a Harvard Student Council delegation, will attempt to build what has been tentatively called the Boston Student Government Council.

Northeastern's Student Council has sent invitations to these colleges: B.C., B.U., Emmanuel, Harvard, Jackson, Leslie, M.I.T., Radcliffe, Regis, Simmons, Suffolk, Tufts, U. of Massachusetts at Devens, and Wellesley.

Today's convention will split into three major discussion panels almost immediately following registration.
