Spring football practice starts this afternoon at Georgetown University, and Hank Margarits, last season's backfield coach here, will put the backs through their first drills of the year.
After taking a late train from Boston last night. Margarita is scheduled to arrive in Washington early this morning to take over his new coaching post officially.
"Of course I'm very pleased over the whole arrangement," he stated yesterday, "and will do the best job I possibly can."
When asked whether or not he will try and employ any of Dick Harlow's tactics, Margarits stressed that he "will only do as I am told," and that strategy will not be his department.
So far this year, last season's end coach Harry Jacutiski is the only side left from Harlow's football rapine who has not revealed any of his coaching plane for 1948. Unconfirmed report, however, imply that he may stay here.
