Prowler Outdistances Trio for Second Night

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

An armed prowler, described as "balding" and "about 65" made good his third escape from his latest nocturnal visitation to Kirkland House Sunday morning.

Early yesterday the visitor made his most recent raid, breaking into Kirkland 1.32. Occupants Walter L. Barker '49, Daniel N. Jacobs '49, and Everett B. Mattlin '49 gave chase.

Mattlin reported that the same thing had happened the previous night, but that on that occasion his shouts had not awakened his roommates in time for them to see the intruder. A man answering to the prowler's description was seen leading two persons down a street with their hands high earlier Friday evening.
