Edward S. Thurston '98, professor of Law, emeritus, died last night shortly after collapsing on a downtown San Francisco street. The 71-year old professor was associated with the Harvard and Yale Law Schools for many years. Since reaching the rank of emeritus here in 1943, he was a member of the Hasting College of Law in San Francisco.
