Committee Considers Requests for Loans

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Committee on Loans and Scholarships yesterday considered applications for loans and grants from the Beneficiary Aid Fund to help students with their December bills. The results of the Committee's action will be mailed to successful applicants within the next few days.

Loans are awarded to men who have convinced one of the assistant deans of their need for financial assistance. The Aid Fund makes outright gifts to students in Group IV, to men in higher standing who do not hold scholarships, and to those whose need is especially urgent.

Students must apply for regular scholarships on special blanks in the academic year preceding their award. Applications must be made through F. S. Von Stade's office.
