To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

After talking to several of your readers, I found that your article on the Free Enterprise Society on Tuesday left them with a misconception which I hope this letter will dispel.

The point is: that we were junking idealism. While we do plan to show the practical workings of our economy, we will continue to counteract the milk-socialist propaganda of the local pseudo-intellectuals by showing that the American way, as we see it, will give "the greatest good for the greatest number."

I hope this clears up any confusion in your readers minds. Henry M. Stevens, Jr. '50   Publicity Director,   Froe Enterprise Society
