Young GOP Gives Free Eli Weekend

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Yale weekend will be free for the student who can write the best essay answer to the Young Republican Club's dilemma: "Why Dewey Should Be Elected."

The winner will receive a steak dinner for two, a corsage, and expenses for the game itself.

Open only to those who intend to vote the Dewey-Warren ticket, the contest will be judged by a faculty member. Entries of not more than 200 words should be sent to Eliot E-24 before October 20, the Club said.

Democrats will get a chance at a similar contest which the HYRC plans to hold later.
