A Council committee of three, appointed at Monday's pre-holiday meeting, will study the machinery of the 100-girl Annex Assembly and will investigate the Library's book check-out system during the next few weeks.

Mary O'Dennell '49, Barbara Heanue '49, and Jane Rainie '50 were named to draw up the report as the result of Council opinion that more stringent checking of books is called for and that the possibility of ending Assembly should be investigated.

Frances MacDonald '49 has been appointed social chairman for all Annex commuters.
