College registration for the summer term totals 1,287, according to figures released by Sargent Kennedy '28, Registrar, yesterday. Largest class category with 460 men was out-of-course degree candidates, most of whom are time pressed veterans.
Next in line are those enrolled as Juniors, with 288, with Sophomores numbering one less. 124 Freshmen, are numerically the next greatest group, with 117 Seniors bringing up the van.
Rounding out the totals are 11 "unclassifiable" students, which include men on Navy assignment, a scattering of special scholars, and two in pre-Business School courses of study.
