Nine Faces Tigers Here Tomorrow

Wolcott and Reilly May Repeat Last Saturday's Mound Duel In Game at Soldiers Field

A possible repetition of last Saturday's pitching duel between the varsity's Brendon Reilly and Princeton's Bob Wolcott lies in store for College baseball fans tomorrow, when the Crimson meets the Tigers in a 3 o'clock contest at Soldiers Field.

Matt Davidson, who coaches the Nassau nine, will use either Wolcott or Joo Carpenter against Dolph Samborski's charges. At Princeton last Saturday, Wolcott turned in a three-hit shutout to stop Harvard 1 to 0, defeating Reilly, who limited the Orange and Black to five base hits and fanned 11 Tigers. Reilly is definitely slated to start for the Varsity.

The Tigers are currently second in Ivy League competition, with a record of four victories in six starts. The Crimson, in fourth place, is a half-game behind Princeton, having taken four games and lost three.

Princeton boasts two outstanding batters in Dick West, second baseman, and outfielder Toby Fullerton. For the Varsity, left-fielder Walt Coulson will try to improve his present league average of 360.
