Coach Bill Halsey's ski team climaxed a season of steady improvement by defeating Dartmouth yesterday in the annual Harvard-Dartmouth slalom race, Led by Gerry Genn, who finished second in 1 minute, 24 seconds, the Crimson won 1744.8 to 2207.

Although Dartmouth placed six finishers in the first ten, well-balanced Crimson strength in the lower brackets was enough to keep the total times below those of the Hanoverians.
