American Veterans' Committee University Chapter yesterday joined forces with the Student Council's International Activities Committee to avoid a "scattering of effort" in their plans to send students abroad for reconstruction work this summer.

Francis D. Fisher '48, I.A.C. Secretary at the same time urged students interested in helping to rebuild Italian villages and the French University of Caen to attend a meeting this evening at 8 o'clock in the Eliot House Junior Common Room, where they may file applications and discuss details of the project.
