Coach Hal Ulen's varsity swimming team will meet the Alumni, a team composed of ex-Crimson natators, at 7:30 o'clock tonight in the Indoor Athletic Building pool, in the season opener.
Strong in all departments except the sprints, the squad includes Forbes Norris, winner of the national long distance title at Lake Williams, N. Y., last summer. Although not in the best of condition, the Alumni will present a strong, talented squad, according to Ulen.
'51 Tests Andover
Freshman swimmers, tutored by Coach Bill Brooks, will trek to Andover for an informal meet with Andover Academy this afternoon, prior to their opening contest with M.I.T. on December 17.

C.; Dec. 17, M.I.T. at M.I.T.; Jan. 10, Army at west Point; Jan 14, Brown; Feb. 7, Navy at Annapolis; Feb. 13, Dartmouth at Hanover; Feb. 14, Springfield; Feb. 21, Columbia; Mar, 6, Pennsylvania; Mar. 13, Yale Mar. 19-20, Eastern Intercollegiates; Mar. 26-27, NCAA at Ann Arbor, Mich.
Most of the Alumni mermen were Crimson greats in their undergraduate days.
