Basing its case on the need for price controls if the European recovery program is to succeed, the Brown debate team won a unanimous victory over the Crimson last night on the topic "Price Controls on Basic Commodities." Arthur Stillman and Wells Hangen argued for Brown against Daniel Pierce '49 and Robert Cohn '49.
