Cast into sudden limelight by Soviet Russia's 10 to 1 deflation of the ruble, tonight's Law School Forum will ask "What Shall We Do About The High Cost of Living?" Scheduled for Rindge Tech Auditorium at 8 o'clock, the Forum will feature Senator Homer Capehart (R-Ind.) and Leon Keyserling.
Capehart, a member of the Senate Banking and Currency Committee, will oppose governmental control of prices through rationing and other former O.P.A. tactics.
A close friend of President Truman and a member of the President's Economic Advisory Council, Keyserling will support the administration stand on inflation control through government intervention.
