Representatives from the University will be invited to attend a National Intercollegiate Arts Conference at Vassar from February 27 to 29, it was learned from unofficial Vassar sources last night.

The conference will assemble students, teachers, and artists representing every fine art and every region of the United States to consider the problem of "Creative Arts in Contemporary Society."

Problems of special artistic media, trends in literature and the arts, the process of creative activity, and the range of public communication and understand will hold the spotlight at the conference.

Panel discussions led by creative artists in the fields of literature, music, art, drama, the dance, and philosophy will also be on the conference's agenda.
