Still out for its first victory of the season in intercollegiate competition, the Debate Council will face representatives from Dartmouth tonight in a debate on the topic, "Resolved: That a federal world government be established. The arguments begin at 8:30 o'clock in the Lowell House Junior Common Room.

Jere Gottschalk '00 and Charles A. Buckley '47 are scheduled to take the floor for the Crimson debaters. Their topic was fixed by the National Forensic League.

In its opening debate last week, the Council tied Yale in a home-and-home affair. The directorate of the group has scheduled a meeting of members at 7:15 o'clock to night in the Winthrop House Junior Common Room.
