Hapsburg Dynasty Banned

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

LONDON, January 23--The Four-Power Deputy Foreign Ministers Council has agreed to write into the Austrian peace treaty a permanent vote on any future claim of the once mighty Hapsburg dynasty to the non-existent Austrian throne, an American informant said today

The informant said the ban had not been discussed in detail, but it would apply presumably to any aspirant to the crown.

In other developments today the deputies received a Greek demand for "the highest possible level" in reparations payments from Germany, to be delivered "in the shortest possible time."

Brazil presented a second note demanding a role for smaller nations in the deliberations.
