How good is the Crimson football team going to be this fall? Coach Dick Harlow, his crew of assistants, and every other follower of Harvard gridiron warfare hopes to find the answer to that question starting next Tuesday, when practice sessions begin officially at Soldiers Field.
Examinations may prevent the attendance of several prospective gridders who are in College for the summer session; however, the heaviest turnout since 1942 is expected for the first day's workout.
Among those expected on Tuesday who were vacationing this summer or just out of service are Cleo O'Donnell, fleet scatback who was elected captain of the squad after the 1942 season, but joined the Marines before leading any Harlow squad in action: center Jack Fisher, guard Nick Rrodis, triple-threat back Ralph Petrillo, and several other Sept. 28 Connecticut
