In its first formal meeting of the season, the University's Committee on the Regulation of Athletic Sports this week awarded letters to men who participated in last spring's activities.
The Committee refused to approve a petition by the 150-pound crew requesting major "H" awards instead of the usual minor ones, but suggested the matter be reviewed by the Student Council.
